To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

Happy New Year! Take this auspicious day and reflect on the journey you’ve made through last year, 2019, and create the path of manifesting your dreams this year, 2020. It is through your thoughts, words, and deeds which will determine your path for this year. With that said, make the determination, resolution, that you will set aside at least 30 minutes a day (you can break up the time to accommodate your busy schedule, i.e. 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins in the evening) to nurture, nourish your spirit/soul. Take the time to reflect on your day and see where you can improve your self to live a happier life.

I personally have made the resolution to set aside at least 30 minutes for myself each day. It is here during this time, in my sacred space to honor myself in getting through the day, however positive or negative it may be. It is also the time to praise and honor God, the Universe, for giving me the strength, inspiration, and motivation to keep my day moving, especially during challenging times.

Make your list of dreams you’d like to see manifest in 2020 create an outline of the path you need to take (don’t get bogged down with the details, it’ll come to you when the right moment happens, trust and have faith) that will lead you to your dreams.

“You will always harvest what you plant.” – – Galatians 6:7
