Returns and Refunds Policy

Crystals and stones are natural minerals with unique patters and crystalline composure. Each piece of jewelry sold is handmade and one of kind. Please be mindful as natural objects, their appearance may vary from the images shown on this site. The jewelry presented is created to enhance the beauty of each crystal or stone.

NOTE: Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.

RETURNS INFORMATION

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on a change of heart.

EXCHANGES

• Our exchange policy lasts 7 days and only applies to products that are not digital downloads.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging.
• A Dream Catcher By Arlyn LLC will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged.
• All exchanges will be issued in the form of credit which will be valued equal to the product (not including shipping and taxes).

REFUNDS & CREDIT

• If you are returning your item for inspection for a refund or credit, the product must be sent back to A Dream Catcher By Arlyn LLC within 7 days of being received.
• For items that qualify for a refund, once an item is returned (so long as it is received in its original condition), you will receive a refund within 7-10 days.
• Refunds will be returned through the type of payment method in which you made the purchase originally. You will be notified when your refund has been processed.

RETURNS SHIPPING

• A Dream Catcher By Arlyn LLC is not responsible for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
• A Dream Catcher By Arlyn LLC will not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges.
• Please ensure items are carefully packaged with FRAGILE stickers and the RMN (return merchandise number) is written on the package.
• Please send an email to support@AdreamCatcherByArlyn.com to notify us before you return your item and an RMN (return merchandise number) will be issued.

Digital products

• Our digital products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

• This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

• Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

• We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
• If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
• Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
